1.Yeast Cell Wall is the cell wall fraction of Saccharomyces cerevisiae rich in carbohydrates mannan and ß-glucan. The yeast is first grown on a molasses based medium, then harvested. Further processing and purification is produced by processing yeast cells in a higly controlled system.
